Production and Shipping

We craft each American Ruby Grace piece on demand, ensuring nothing is made before it is loved. This mindful approach reduces waste and allows us to focus on quality over quantity. Once your order is placed, our artisans begin working on your garment. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, with a few extra days during peak seasons. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with a tracking link to follow its journey to you.

Delivery options

We offer several shipping methods at checkout. Delivery windows are based on business days and begin when your order leaves our studio. Express options are available for U.S. addresses; international delivery times vary by destination. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and service.
